- We begin with a phone call to discuss your goals, budget, and desired timeline. We want to learn about what is working for you currently and what needs to change. Then, we schedule a meeting at your home to see its current condition, take measurements, and determine what is possible. If you already have architectural plans prepared, we’ll review them during the on-site meeting. rom there, we fine-tune until we have a design that matches your style, space, and budget. Already have a design plan? We are happy to work with your architect!
Step 02
Pricing, Project Preparation, Material Delivery, Specs
- After our on-site meeting, our project manager develop a preliminary plan and budget. From there, we fine-tune until we have a plan that matches your style, space, and budget. You’ll then work with our designer to make finish selections, including cabinetry, appliances, flooring, and plumbing fixtures. We have our own Design 3D design gallery showcasing the most popular selections, making it easy to choose everything under one roof. With a final plan and selections, our Purchasing Team works with our trade partners to determine the exact pricing and timeframe for your project.

Project Execution and Inspection
- Get ready to see your vision come to life! During the working process, you’ll meet regularly with you or your dedicated project manager to track progress and review action items. We leverage our parent company’s size to keep trades on schedule. We ensure your project is completed on time and with high quality. Once your project is completed, we will ask you to do your review for any adjustments. Once your dreams have come to life, kindly head to google and give us a review. You will also be registered in our database after we completed you first contract, you may periodically receive special offters from us.
